Milan Pham – 2013 Mid-Year Update

Milan is dedicating her time to Durham’s community by serving on the Board of Planned Parenthood of Central North Carolina. In early May, Milan testified on behalf of Planned Parenthood and the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum before the General Assembly against HB 716, the proposed legislation banning selective sex abortion. Milan commonly speaks on issues of facing African and Asian immigrants and dedicates her time to endeavors supporting these communities.

Milan practices business and contract law. She serves Durham business with an emphasis on formation and taxation issues, and helps contractually protect LGBT families, not protected by marriage rights. See our recent post on Milan’s client, Steel String Brewery of Carroboro.
